Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and consistency, please review our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation by the Student

24-hour notice: Students can cancel or reschedule a lesson free of charge if they notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

Less than 24-hour notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson will result in a full charge for the session.

No-shows: If the student does not attend the lesson without prior notification, the session will be charged in full.

2. Rescheduling a Lesson

Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session. Please contact El profe Juan.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session may not be accommodated and will be treated as a late cancellation.

3. Cancellation by the Tutor

In the rare event that the tutor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, the student will be notified as soon as possible, and the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

4. Refunds

Tutoring Plans: If you’ve purchased a Tutoring Plan, refunds will only be issued for unused sessions if requested within 7 days of purchase. 

Make up Classes: They need to be discuss between parents and El profe Juan. 

Single Spanish: No refunds will be provided for single lessons that are canceled within 24 hours or missed due to no-shows.

Any refund requests must be submitted directly to El Profe Juan.

5. Technical Issues

If there are any technical difficulties that prevent the session from taking place, such as internet outages or platform failures, the lesson will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the student.

6. Emergencies

In the case of a genuine emergency (e.g., medical or family emergency), exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of the tutor.
